Instruction for Deletion
If you wish to delete your Gyandoot account and all associated data, you generally have two options:
Option 1: Delete via App
You can request account deletion directly within the Gyandoot mobile application:
- Open the Gyandoot App.
- Go to Profile / Settings.
- Scroll down to the bottom.
- Tap on Delete Account.
- Confirm your choice. Your data will be permanently removed.
Option 2: Delete via Email Request
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team:
- Send an email to support@gyandoot.in.
- Use the subject line: Request to Delete Account.
- Include your registered Phone Number or Email Address.
- Our team will verify your identity and process your request within 7 working days.
Data Retention Policy
Once your account is deleted:
- Your personal profile information will be removed.
- Your learning history and progress will be deleted.
- Any active subscriptions will be cancelled (please also cancel recurring payments via your payment
provider).
- Some transaction records may be retained for accounting and legal purposes as required by law.
